Refund policy
Online Only Policy:
Kasey's Closet has a 10 day return policy, which means you have 10 days after post marked date of deliver to request a return for an exchange or full refund (Less shipping charges). Item must be received back within 10 total days of purchase, otherwise an in-store credit will be issued. No exchanges will be accepted after 30 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, unwashed with tags, and in its original packaging. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
To start a return, you can contact us at kasey@kaseyscloset.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. If local to Milwaukee, you may also drop off items at designated location for return/exchange.

**All In-Person, Pop-Up Event, Personal Styling, Private Shopping Party and Salon Partner purchases are final sale.
Damages and issues
Kasey's Closet is not responsible for any wear or damage to items after they have been worn or used. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item if there is anything wrong with the item. After 3 days we cannot compensate or replace for any damaged merchandise. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
All sale merchandise is final sales and cannot be returned or exchanged.
